Description of operation:
- Place nickel-plated or nickel-plated strip on the links to be joined.
- Connect the copper terminals to the appropriate welding points.
- Select the appropriate power level on the LCD.
- Squeeze the welding arms firmly to make the weld.
The device provides a maximum welding current of about 500 A, which is the actual average current value measured over a period of 100 ms. Thanks to this, it is possible and effective to achieve a correct welding using 0.15 mm thick nickel-plated strip.
