The INDUCTOR 45 is a revolutionary induction heater for fast flameless induction heating of ferrous metals, aluminium and copper.
Using the rules of electromagnetic induction, it can deliver a huge amount of heat to a specific location in just a few seconds to a depth of 4mm. By heating only the selected place, it does not damage glass, rubber and plastic elements and surfaces painted in the immediate vicinity of the heater.
Despite its small size and weight (13.5 kg), it achieves high initial parameters. The built-in liquid cooling system allows for a maximum power of 3.7kW.
Recommended for production applications, e.g. when the same workpieces are heated multiple times in a similar amount of time. The device has been optimized for heating copper, thanks to which it is possible to perform hard solders.
It guarantees maximum control of heating during operation. Unlike a gas burner, an induction heater does not change the technical characteristics of steel by heating the metal only in a selected place to a temperature of 500-600°C.
Infinitely variable control power from 10 - 100 %
The timer allows you to automatically stop heating after a certain amount of time.
The device has 2 modes:
- Magnetic Field Control: Constant Magnetic Field Power (CF) Mode
In this mode of operation, the heater delivers the same magnetic field strength regardless of the environment of the heater tip. The heater behaves similarly to a gas burner, in which the flame force is replaced by the strength of the magnetic field. The strength of the heat supply is easily controlled by moving the tip of the heater closer or further away from the material to be heated, similar to a gas panille
- Power control: Constant energy mode supplied to the material (CP)
In this mode, the device tries to deliver and maintain a certain amount of power to the material. The advantage of this mode is that the heating time of the same workpiece is similar, which is used when the same workpiece is heated multiple times, e.g. in the production process.
The device has a universal remote control system that allows it to be easily integrated into automated production processes. The device can be controlled via a foot pedal, a button, an analog signal based on coil voltage and current, providing output information back. On selected models, full control via the Data Bus interface is possible, enabling full control and complete monitoring of the heating process.
The device provides the possibility of interfering with the settings of heating parameters and displaying the most important values of the heating process in the Information mode
