RUBI Battery Cas Lipower 18V 2Ah (QUAKE)
The Quake Energy CAS is a lightweight and compact plate vibrator, specially designed to avoid the formation of closed air bubbles between the adhesive and the plate, ensuring perfect plate adhesion. It is perfect for working on vertical surfaces and at heights, thanks to its low weight (3.6 kg, including battery) and the ability to work without a cable.
The Quake Energy CAS tile vibrator by RUBI has a double handle, which guarantees greater ergonomics and comfort during work. The tool has been carefully designed to provide the user with better control and stability during use.
The vibration frequency of the Quake Energy CAS ranges from 0 to 10,000 rpm and is easily adjusted with a progressive trigger. ON/OFF switch is a separate button to avoid unintentional starting. The vibrator also features a front LED light to illuminate the work area and improve operator visibility.
The suction cup of the Quake Energy CAS vibrator is mechanically activated by a lever located at the top of the tool. The maximum load capacity is 50 kg and the suction cup is designed for smooth surfaces only.
The combination of suction cup and vibrator allows you to work at specific points and situations, such as gently lifting a plate that has fallen too much due to vibration and needing to return it to its original position. This dual suction cup and vibrator function reduces the possibility of gaps without glue under the plate when lifting the plate.
Quake Energy CAS is powered by an 18 V Li-HD battery with a capacity of 2 Ah (compatible with 18 V batteries from the METABO CAS platform). The Energy CAS battery has an LED display to inform the user of the remaining charge level. The autonomy of the battery, at 100% charge, is about 60 minutes with continuous operation.
Included is the SC-30 carrying case and charger, compatible with the entire ENERGY CAS battery system (12V - 18V).
