STW-2 welding machine – modern welding technology
The STW-2 welding machine is an innovative device that allows you to precisely weld dowels and nails with a diameter of 3 to 8 mm. Thanks to the use of electric discharge technology, the welder is perfect for processing materials such as aluminum, low-carbon sheets, stainless steel, galvanized and brass.
The device is equipped with a synergic mode that automatically adjusts the welding tension depending on the selected pin diameter, and the user also has the option of manual tension correction for more precise welding. The STW-2 welder provides fast heating of the studs in 4 ms, which minimizes the risk of material distortion, even with its painted or galvanized surface.
An electrode (adapter) for pins/nails is included in the kit, which allows the insulating wool to be mounted to galvanized sheet, ideal for thermal or acoustic insulation applications.
